What We Do

Smoketown Family Wellness Center (SFWC) provides respectful, comprehensive pediatric care. Our team understands that it takes more than checkups to raise a healthy family.

SFWC believes that access to reliable healthcare and healthy food should not be limited by where you live, that the quality and quantity of your life should not be defined by your zip code, that people shouldn’t be expected to live 10 years longer just because they live in one neighborhood versus another.

Children’s Medical Care

Smoketown Family Wellness Center (SFWC) provides complete medical care for children including well visits, school physicals, and immunizations; same day sick care, asthma management, and ADHD care.

Our vision is to support families to raise children who are healthy in mind, body, and spirit. We are excited to partner with you on this journey to support your child’s wellbeing!

While medical care is vital to health and wellbeing, SFWC knows it takes more than clinical care to raise a healthy family. We offer visits with our Family Coach to determine your family’s strengths as well as needs. Our classes and resources will reflect the needs of the families we serve.
